Safety

Several of our clients, in particular hospitals, have strict regulations for Internet communications. The security risk involved in opening two TCP ports for a specific IP address from the client side is practically zero, as long as you can trust the opposite party, particularly in terms of allowing all users to use port 80 as required.

Communication with the server occurs over SSL protocol, so that all traffic is encrypted. Users authenticates themselves with the usual username/password combination and are required to chose a password with a certain complexity.
