New York –USA: HOK has entered into a 3 Year Enterprise license agreement for use of dRofus to enable Integrated Program Validation on all projects.

Integrated Program Validation (IPV) is a key component of HOK’s buildingSMART approach.  dRofus’s robust server based infrastructure and ever increasing connections to Revit and buildingSMART/IFC, make it the only tool that can meet HOK’s complex project and collaboration needs.

HOK is dRofus’s first Enterprise customer in the North America.  dRofus was chosen after a three year process of reviewing other internal and external software tools, as well as a one year collaboration to enhance dRofus’s  existing capabilities to make IPV possible on all projects.   

HOK buildingSMART is an approach to design that leverages 3D modeling, concurrent analysis, and integrated delivery practices. It enables project teams to collaborate on virtual models, test ideas, optimize building performance and coordinate work before beginning procurement or construction.
