dRofus, a global leader in data management solutions for the construction industry, is seeking a Sales Manager for France to support and accelerate its expansion in the French-speaking market.

Our Company: dRofus develops an innovative solution enabling industry professionals to manage data throughout a building's lifecycle. Our vision: to create a continuous and connected information chain for all stakeholders in the construction industry.

Your Mission: As Sales Manager for France, you will be responsible for developing our presence in the French-speaking EMEA market and increasing our revenue in the region.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for the French-speaking region.
  • Prospect and generate new opportunities with public and private project owners (health, education, laboratories, defense) as well as industry players such as architects, engineering firms, construction companies, etc.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with international teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to improve our offerings.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager team in France to ensure the best follow-up for our users.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track prospects via Salesforce.
  • Represent dRofus at professional events.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector
  • In-depth knowledge of building standards and planning processes
  • Proficiency in tools: dRofus, Revit, Archicad, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence
  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in the construction field
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong results orientation
  • English fluent
