1.1 The dRofus SaaS offering includes comprehensive access to the dRofus software suite, which is

a planning, design, and facility requirements management solution for the built environment.

This suite is designed to facilitate collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy, providing a

centralized data repository of civil structures.

1.2 dRofus' comprehensive suite of tools is designed to streamline project information

management across planning, data management, and operations for construction projects.

  • 2. FUNCTIONALITY AND MODULES

2.1 The software provides a range of functionalities that support the management of project

information from design through to construction and into maintenance. Key modules include

but are not limited to:

(a) Item and Room Data Management: Tools for managing and tracking room data sheets,

equipment lists, finishes, and furnishings across different project stages.

(b) BIM Integration: Capabilities that allow for a seamless connection between dRofus and

various BIM software applications to manage parameters, synchronize data, and ensure

consistency across all platforms.

(c) Document Management: A repository for storing documents related to records within

the software for the primary purposes of generating reports and capturing specific

requirements.

(d) Customizable Workflows: Tools that allow users to create and customize workflows to

match their project management processes.
